By accessing or using Flex Trading Cards ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Flex Trading Cards provides a custom trading card design and printing service. Users select templates, upload photos and logos, customize card details, and place orders for physical printed trading cards and accessories.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include standard production.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of checkout.
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these terms, with a full refund issued.

4. User Content

You are responsible for all content (photos, logos, text) you upload or submit to the Service. By submitting content, you represent that:

You own the content or have permission to use it.
The content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
The content does not contain illegal, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable material.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing content that violates these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, templates, designs, and branding are the property of Flex Trading Cards and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. You retain ownership of the photos and logos you upload.

6. Production and Delivery

Production times vary based on order volume. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout.
Our design team reviews every order before printing to ensure quality.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

Flex Trading Cards is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Upload or distribute content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
Create cards impersonating real professional athletes, celebrities, or public figures without their consent.
Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity, with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where Flex Trading Cards operates.
