Refund Policy

1. Custom Products
Because every Flex Trading Card is custom-designed and printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for completed orders unless there is a defect or error on our part.
2. Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or differs from what you approved in the card builder, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will:
- Review your claim with photos of the issue.
- Reprint and reship the order at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund if reprinting is not possible.
3. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet entered production. Once an order is in the "Processing" or "Ready" stage, it cannot be cancelled. Check your order status at any time using the link in your confirmation email.
4. Accessories
Unused, unopened accessories (acrylic displays, lighted displays) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report an issue, email us at info@flextradingcards.com with:
- Your order ID.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos, if applicable (damaged or misprinted items).
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
