What exactly is a Flex Trading Card?
It's a fully customizable, premium trading card made to showcase you. Think of it as your personal highlight reel — printed and flex-worthy. Upload your photo, choose your stats, and pick a finish.

What finishes are available?
We offer multiple premium finishes including holographic shimmer (Flex Edition), smooth matte soft-touch (Jett Edition), and ultra-durable waterproof PVC. Each finish is designed for maximum impact.
Can I order more than one card?
Absolutely. Order a single Acrylic 8x10, or choose from our packs — 10, 24, or 50 cards. Each pack ships with one design printed across every card.
How does the card builder work?
Pick a template, upload your photo and logo, enter your name, position, and stats. Drag to position everything — the live preview updates instantly. No design skills needed. Our team reviews every order before printing.
Can I update my design later?
Each Flex Card is printed one-of-one, so once it's made, it's locked in. But you can always design and order new versions anytime.
How long does it take to receive my card?
We custom-print each order within 5-7 business days. Shipping times vary based on location, but you'll get tracking as soon as it's out the door.
What's your return policy?
Because every card is custom-made, we can't accept returns unless there's a defect or error on our part. If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund.
Do you offer team or bulk orders?
Yes. Whether you're ordering for a whole roster, a tournament, or an event, we handle individual customization at scale. Coaches and parents don't have to do a thing.
What are the add-on accessories?
We offer premium display options including 8x10 acrylic display cards and LED-lit display cases to showcase your cards like the collectibles they are.
